Est\u00e1 indicada, principalmente, no tratamento de tumores hep\u00e1ticos prim\u00e1rios (como o carcinoma hepatocelular), met\u00e1stases hep\u00e1ticas e, em alguns casos, c\u00e1lculos biliares intra-hep\u00e1ticos.<br><br>\n\nOs tumores hep\u00e1ticos podem ser benignos ou malignos. Exames de imagem, como a ultrassonografia abdominal, podem sugerir o diagn\u00f3stico. No entanto, em muitos casos, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios exames complementares, como tomografia computadorizada ou resson\u00e2ncia magn\u00e9tica, que permitem identificar as caracter\u00edsticas dos n\u00f3dulos (\u00fanicos ou m\u00faltiplos, s\u00f3lidos ou c\u00edsticos) e sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o, contribuindo para a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do tratamento.<br><br>\n\nAchados incidentes em exames de rotina, em pacientes sem hist\u00f3ria pr\u00e9via de doen\u00e7a hep\u00e1tica, geralmente correspondem a les\u00f5es benignas, como cistos simples, hemangiomas e hiperplasia nodular focal. J\u00e1 em pacientes com doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas do f\u00edgado, a presen\u00e7a de um n\u00f3dulo hep\u00e1tico levanta suspeita para carcinoma hepatocelular. Em pacientes com hist\u00f3ria de neoplasias, qualquer n\u00f3dulo hep\u00e1tico deve ser investigado como poss\u00edvel met\u00e1stase.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f50d5d elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"2f50d5d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">Como \u00e9 realizada a hepatectomia?<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">A hepatectomia pode ser parcial ou total. A forma parcial, indicada em casos selecionados, consiste na retirada de parte do f\u00edgado que cont\u00e9m o tumor. A total est\u00e1 geralmente associada ao transplante hep\u00e1tico.<br><br>\n\n\nA ressec\u00e7\u00e3o parcial s\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel se o paciente estiver em bom estado cl\u00ednico e se houver volume hep\u00e1tico remanescente suficiente para garantir o funcionamento adequado do \u00f3rg\u00e3o. De acordo com a International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA), a hepatectomia pode ser classificada em:<br><br>\n\n\n<span class=\"destaque-texto\">\u2022 Nodulectomia: retirada apenas do n\u00f3dulo.<br><br>\n\u2022 Segmentectomia: remo\u00e7\u00e3o de um ou mais segmentos hep\u00e1ticos.<br><br>\n\u2022 Hepatectomia direita ou esquerda: ressec\u00e7\u00e3o de um dos lobos hep\u00e1ticos.\n<\/span><br><br>\n\nEm casos espec\u00edficos, antes da cirurgia, pode ser necess\u00e1ria a emboliza\u00e7\u00e3o da veia porta para induzir crescimento compensat\u00f3rio do f\u00edgado remanescente.\nA cirurgia pode ser feita por via aberta (convencional) ou videolaparosc\u00f3pica, sendo esta \u00faltima associada a menor tempo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e menos complica\u00e7\u00f5es.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91e9cb1 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-image-box\" data-id=\"91e9cb1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-image-box-wrapper\"><div class=\"elementor-image-box-content\"><h3 class=\"elementor-image-box-title\">Como \u00e9 o p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rio?<\/h3><p class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">A hepatectomia \u00e9 um procedimento de alta complexidade, com risco aumentado de sangramento, j\u00e1 que o f\u00edgado \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o muito vascularizado. As complica\u00e7\u00f5es mais comuns incluem: hemorragia, infec\u00e7\u00e3o, trombose e pneumonia.
